Scholar Grants
Each year, our Scholar Grants provide the financial leverage that enables women to return to college or make it across the graduation podium. Companies interested in sponsoring our grant program, have the opportunity to name a Scholar Grant.
STAR Party
The STAR Party is our annual fundraiser, Rankin Foundation community celebration and opportunity to give public thanks to our incredible corporate partners. Companies interested in sponsoring the STAR Party will take part in our most broadcasted event of the year.
Mission Support
Our mission is to provide unrestricted Scholar Grants to students who identify as women or nonbinary, are 35 and older and demonstrate financial need. Companies also have the opportunity to provide broad support of our general operations.
Hear from our partners
Synchrony supported 20 Rankin Foundation Scholars for two years through the Education as an Equalizer Initiative via the Synchrony Women’s Network. Additionally, Synchrony provided support for both the Rankin Foundation Emergency Fund and overhead for two years. Education as an Equalizer build on Synchrony’s commitment to address deeply-rooted economic inequality within our communities through investment, engagement and social reform, in collaboration with academic institutions, nonprofits, government and business.

And despite what we as women are often told, it isn’t and never has been selfish to take care of yourself and to invest in your future. In June 2020, we established a fund to support women with the tools to empower themselves.
