Catherine is a Material Master Owner (MMO), at Caterpillar Inc. in Athens GA. Catherine (aka Cat) transferred from Peoria IL Caterpillar facility prior to joining the Athens GA team in 2012 to help start up the Athens site.

Catherine has a passion for serving the community, she volunteers at the local Community Action Agency by way of UGA delivering food to the elderly. She is currently on the board for Caterpillar WIN (Women Initiative Network) and CAAN (Caterpillar African American Network) which she chaired from 2013-2018.

Catherine states that her greatest accomplishments are her three daughters and three granddaughters. When she’s not with family, she is cheering on her favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys.
