Dental Hygiene

Alison from Ohio is earning her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She wants to work as a registered Dental Hygienist in a local health department or clinic and also hopes to further specialize through obtaining an expanded functions certificate in the future. Since being accepted into the competitive Dental Hygiene program at her school she has gotten straight A’s and has been invited to take part in her school’s honor society.

 

“College has been a life-changing experience so far. I no longer feel like my life is full of missed opportunities, I feel like I can reach any goal I set. My children are seeing this and setting higher goals for themselves as well.”
